Anne Kennedy
Anne Kennedy is an active real estate agent, real estate investor, business woman and architect. She graduated with a B.S. in Architecture with honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and with an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. She is also a licensed real estate broker and "Broker-Associate" with Keller Williams Realty, and a "Top-Producer" in the Austin region.
Her background as an architect and MBA enables her to serve her clients in a highly effective and uniquely valuable manner. She understands the physical property, visualizes improvements, and analyzes the financial ramifications for buyers and sellers, whether they are owner-occupants of investors. Anne is a faculty member at Keller Williams largest market center in the country and teaches agents, brokers and the public about professional and investing topics.
Anne has comprehensive responsibility on the team for evaluating, making improvement recommendations, pricing, listing and marketing all properties for Anne Kennedy & Company’s clients. Starting with the first property walk-through, she advises clients about recommended improvements, oversees the marketing program and ensures that each property is presented in its best condition in order to maximize the sales price and minimize days on the market.
Anne is very involved in the Austin community and serves on the Austin Museum of Art’s Board of Advisors. She is also a French citizen, has lived abroad and has working knowledge of Spanish and German. She travels extensively with her family and serves clients from around the globe.
